tests on #25(basic missing list). Skill Trees for Clan.

Dear L2J Team
core and pack are newly git downloaded on 2015/3/1
putting it on another server, only to report
and nothing privately done on this.
tests condition
1. clan level 11
2. both gm and non-gm character
test result
1. clan hold resistance: ok
2. clan stun resistance: ok
3. clan sleep resistance: ok
4. clan imperium: ok
learning all other clan skills will crash after next login. waiting for new clan skill tree ^^
