Tickets detected as spam

Hi everyone,

I wanted to create a ticket for a small issue on L2J-DP trac, but for some reason it keeps refusing the ticket and saying that it's spam.
Since there is no forum to report bugs in the DP, I don't know what to do. Could someone either look into that ticket problem, or give me some directions so that I could report the bug I've spotted ?
