FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions & Guides

Post by dinor »

I suggest to make it open so people can write their own guides and tutorials. It is annoying to see all the time new posts of people asking how to do things by the time that are already posted or solved in the past.

I can understand that this way everyone can write unconfirmed things and it will be a mess but maybe if there is a way for everyone to create a new topic and be posted only after Admin and moderators check and aproove it.

What do you think?

pre-moderation and min required posts=50/100 should be fine imo
If you have problems, FIRST TRY SOLVING THEM YOURSELF, and if you get errors, TRY TO ANALYZE THEM, and ONLY if you can't help it, THEN ask here.
Otherwise you will never learn anything if all you do is copy-paste!
Discussion breeds innovation.

Write a Guide either in Server/Datapack Discussion
Report your own guide and write in the report: FAQ Guide, please move to FAQ Subforum.

If your guide looks OK then it will be moved. theone wrote some good tutorials and his posts were moved.
