Not a great problem but looks pretty odd...

Did u notice? Yeah the problem is in the percentiles...

if u have time u should fix the scripts, I think it is just a problem of approximation wich give the extra percentile (when the total isn't 100) points to the latter Option, adding a decimal point or making a control to give that extra percentile to the option closest to the next will do it.

territory wars are already implemented, they should be removed from that vote...
