Can't connect to server tried search didnt help!
I downloaded the datapack and server from http://www.l2jserver.com/nightly/ the 2 links in there....
I set up the server & sql and it was all working until i tried to login .... when i log in and choose the server bartz i click connect but it says ive been disconected and goes back to login screen.
The l2 game i downloaded recently is lineage 2 high 5 and is fully updated
am I using the wrong version of lineage 2? or is it some other problem please help.

Finally, i got 5 posts so i can reply here...
I got the same problem,
I have downloaded Lineage II Chaotic Throne: High Five Live Client from here:
And i have updated it.
I have compiled from these two svn adresses:
And i have setted up a local server.
Now i open loginserver.bat gameserver.bat and i wait... These are my consoles:
LoginServer
GameServer
Then i run l2.exe typing a username and a password(auto create accounts on) clicking "I Agree" and then it shows that the server is down, but i click to go at character selection and it says
"Due to high server traffic, your login attemp has failed. Pleaze try again soon."
Then i go to gameserver console and i see this:

My GS Version is:4661
MY DB Version is:8051

if you are using hi5 you dont need the l2.exe just use the updater and update your client

giorgos_ts if u repair ur error tell me please i have the same problem but no work. the problem persist. this problem is result when u write just 1 letter in the screen l2 the gameserver ... finish in server terminated. and this reason it's we look the traffic down.

we need make our shortcut.

2.-save with a name.cmd : for example l2.cmd
3.- put the shotcut inside ur system, execute and now u can play i do this and now are working fine.

i can play for a few minutes i do char's, but i closed the server and make 1 chars accouts a admin.
and put again the server ON - I have the same error and do my "old solution" but its the same problem i dont know what i need to do ?
