My server is running without a implemented database ?

I enterd the game, a high 5 latest release, with full working features, however, i can't seem to find my database
just for my information, heidisql is the old navicat ? where you get to modify the database,
then were is it ?
I've isntalled it and there's no eqe, jsut a mysql notifyer with a working process with MYSQL56

any help would be great, i can't wait to get to server comilations, but i can't get trough with this

If you installed mysql (https://www.mysql.com/) you should have MySQL Workbench (https://www.mysql.com/products/workbench/) with it you can see/manage your database, there is no way to run server without having database btw
