Why i have no weapon for the new registered game player???

I download both L2j server files and datapack files here...

Last thursday ,i run the gameserver and loginserver first...

then run client and register a new game player


then game start ,but i find i have no weapon with me...

i remember the server should give me a student sword...

if i should modify some config file or modify the database directly?

please tell me how can i have a default weapon for the new player...
