Change Skill max. enchant..

Hello all,

My problem is that i have a high rate server (50x) and many players get level 85 very fast.
Since enchant rate for skills is on 97% many classes get overpowered.

Is it possible to change the max enchant for skills anyway?
Or do you have any other solution?

I use this instead of the new skill_enchant table (up to enchant probability is the same for each skill)
