For Linux (OpenSUSE 11.2)
Where is explained how to install SVN and how to get the server up to date?

I think no one will help you with that cause its like 1 month of practice
Try to use a desktop interface for the begun, then when you will be more strong enough use Terminal one.

can't you update it on your pc and then upload it on server?
If you have problems, FIRST TRY SOLVING THEM YOURSELF, and if you get errors, TRY TO ANALYZE THEM, and ONLY if you can't help it, THEN ask here.
Otherwise you will never learn anything if all you do is copy-paste!
