I was thinking of making an NPC that will randomly list all clans in server (above level 5 and with an academy) and be able to recruit people (with no clan and level lower than 40) in clan academies.

So the new characters will see an npc where they spawn and when they click on it they can choose to be invited in an academy of the clan they prefer. (automatic, without any clan interfere)
I was thinking the listed clan to show - Clan name, clan level, number of members, number of members in academy and ammount of adena they offer to join their clan (which will withdraw from clan warehouse and if no adena the not listed).

The reason is just to make clan lives easier.

Since i do not have development skills, can someone plz help me how to start?

better to make it for clan leader - review players available for academy, otherwise it will be good for enemy to just create new char and join enemy clan to read clan chat

True... You got a point there
Then is it possible to make it so academy members not see the clan chat?

I think there is no need for something like what you suggested JIV since i have community board to show the levels of characters.

it's not about the levels, it's about private info, clannies might talk about their siege/raid strategies/times or smth like that, you don't want the enemy to read it.

do not offer adena for new players without anyone interferring, or they will create many new characters just for the adena and that will ruin your server.

so since i am thinking of making o middle rate server, it would be nice to give for each clan to give about 50k adena for people to start.

How about giving them the reward when they reach level 40 and leaves the academy?

Nice idea, that way they will remain in the clan.
So once they finish they would recieve for example 10kk adena (withdrawed from clan WH) to buy C Grade equipment. After all they deserve it...

you can set in configs once they get to third class they get a reward if you want to make it adena not hard to set

I was searching for this... I want to make two clans controled by me (the members will never see the leader, or will see @ an roleplay event)

When the player reach lvl 20, he can choose one of the 2 clans or ignore the html (w/e) showed to him (its an option, not an obligation), so, the clan will have some skills and will help the newbies who join it. The clan chat will be a tool to help new ppl. The 2 clans will be @ war. Cool, good, simple, clean and funny.
