TW Flags

Hi, first let me say that my server is not up to date (~ a month).
Yesterday, in the TW, the players that own the flags, pick them up from their castle, and then took them to the city, make it imposible to other players to get them.
Is that retail? Its and old bug and has been solved?
I don't think it makes sense to be retail like, but since i don't play on retail i want to ask l2 gurus.

This is retail like :( , but in Freya patch note:
When a territory ward is moved into a Peace Zone, the ward will now be returned to the location where it was acquired by its present holder.
Till we do not support this change you can find this in l2j config files:
# Is Ward holding players can be attacked and killed in peace zone
# Default: False
PlayerWithWardCanBeKilledInPeaceZone = False
Set it True.
