Need driver for my graphic card please help

oke, now here is the fact,,

i found out that after all there was a graphic driver in the cd i got from the company, the problem is that when i install it , it requires restart and when i do so, windows cannot start and i can only log in safe mode.... when i delete the driver from programs in control panel, then i have to restart again to apply settings, and then it starts normally, but when i start again the driver automatically is installed again and it requires again for restart,, so windows doesnt start again after the driver installation...
i think there is some problem with the driver they gave me, although it is installed properly and without any errors, it causes normal windows start malfunction... and in the programs in control panel there is no publisher in the discription of the graphic card driver, what should i do now?

how can i delete it without being installed again after windows start ??

anyway :S thanks for your time and help guys ^ problem isnt solved yet, i m gonna take it to the manufacturer to get this done, i spoke to them and told me it might be some hardware issue and the quarranty propably covers it i dunno :S. cya roung^
