No, for some reasons i does not use public trac for now.

you can see diff using Eclipse if you want.

That requires you to keep a project on your HDD.
Of course I can just do this:
svn diff http://svn.l2jserver.com/trunk/L2_GameServer@4460 http://svn.l2jserver.com/trunk/L2_GameServer@4466

but it won't work on binary files like lib updates.
And still, nobody can give a reasonable answer as to WHY can't they just enable the trac...

Man, you don't even know what you're talking about...
This has nothing to do with patches, you can get them either way, it's about EASE OF USE. There is nothing you cannot do that trac does, the only problem is that trac is easier/simpler/more comfortable.
But, since this team likes to unnecassarily complicate things...
