Hello guys! I read this topic and replies few times and maybe I misunderstood something or what, but I still can't get the idea of solving this problem, or maybe it's unsolvable(?!?!)? Could someone tell me what's wrong here?

Your server doesn't have the IP you're trying to bind ports on.
You better leave login server IP configuration with default settings.
