Distributed Ahmed's tasks since he is inactive, one task (quest related) to malyelfik, one task (core/skill related) to UnAfraid and one task (CVS to XML, DocumentParser related) to myself.

There is no need to rush on completing them, as soon as you feel free to do them you can start working on them.

Anyway added a new task related to access level, probably invalid report.

Damn i was wrong it is not extending L2RaidBossInstance.. fixed in Changeset 5682 with some more.
