i think when the heat of the motherboard increase the waves appears/ increase
tonight i will try with uninstalled drivers i think i hadnt such problems without the drivers

put a 3d mark to run. if card has problems it will show.
if you see pixels changing colors its probably vga problem.

I'd had problems like that with my old CRT monitor, but that was the monitor's problem.
