try following the guide

is impossible to fail with this if you follow the guide properly.

I want to build the GS and DP that the last stable version of H5 by eclipse. But when I run the build.xml both of them, it will show some error message about

in the console.
Now what shall I do for consolved the problem of building and I could building successed?

you need install Subversion, this is required to avoid users reporting bugs or issues without proper revision numbers.

Imo it must be optional to have subversion installed.

I believe that I have subversion installed
"
Subversive SVN JDT Ignore Extensions (Optional)" will be ignored because it is
already installed.
"
Subversive SVN Team Provider" will be ignored because it is
already installed.

Subversion is not the same as Subversive, thanks the wrongly updated wiki....
