well i have seen in the past that some servers have a programm called auto looper that picks up all the dropped items ...it warns that it will pick up the items in all the map in 2-3-4 minutes for example and then procceds to action ....i want to know if exist that program for hellbound server and where i can find it...

Check your general.properties file for the following:
