In my past communities they've always placed NPC GM shops because often many items weren't available for sale in shops. I was wondering if anyone knew of a place to get pre-made NPCs like this if its possible/legal? I seriouslly don't know haha.

You need to
1) add an NPC (custom NPC tables are a good choice)...
You may find inspiration on one of the existing Traders
2) add a custom shop
You'll need to set up item prices and so on
3) add custom HTML files
three files will do the trick

I strongly recommend using the custom tables as they don't get wiped when you upgrade your DP. For the HTML files, you'll have to have your own Data tree with the custom files and copy it over your new datapack (or generate a diff file of your custom DP against the stock DP)

Heh I don't suppose there is an indepth guide for this process or anyone willing to help me make sure I don't screw up xD
