I have a problem with equipping Dynasty Breast Plate with a Special Ability.
If I try to put it on there is a message that says:
"You do not meet the required condition to equip that item"

I have seached for a while but I could find it.
Meaby you need to do a quest for it? If yes.. How to put out that quest?

PS. The GM's can wear it

it has a class restriction on it. look in data/stats/armor/9400-9499.xml and there you have the cond for class restriction.
