L2J Server

I am using an old Gracia Part 2 Revision I cannot provide the numbers since my old DEV, put ${l2j.revision} ${l2jdp.revision} in the config files.

The problem I am having is with updating from an old DP/Core/SQL DB, to the newest Gracia Part 2 revision 2943 5990

Errors range from:

Restoring Noblesse Data Items not in SQL Missing Fields in SQL i.e. fame Fortress Siege Instances missing

I know there was a guide posted somewhere on how to exactly update from 1 revision to another. I have been searching for the past 2-3 days with various Search Strings and I got nowhere.

Please either link me, or post a guide on how to update from an old revision to a new revision.
