Hello this is my first post I have done a search and nothing really helpful on my server none of the Grandbosses are spawned is there something I need to do or am I just missing something (example Queen Ant, Core) I am not getting any errors. pls help and thank you

Check the sql-database for their spawnpoint, and teleport yourself there to verify that they aren't in some wall or something. Happens to me from time to time, then I have to reset the database and it works.

yes I have looked for that and they are no where around. Do I have to spawn them manually in order to have them there?
