Please explain me how clan leader start siege?

never saw "siege menu" in //admin? admins have place attackers/defenders then type castle name then start siege

Wait a little bit longer, the entire siege system is being overhauled and when bug checked and completed will be submitted to svn, hopefully the wiki will be redone to show siege usuage.
