Forbidding the deletion of posts

somehow it annoys me when i am reading the same post twice a day but the post seems to be there the first time. it is because users delet their last post in the topic and post it second time. this way they bump the topic and get it to the top of the topic list.
could it be forbidden to the users to delete their posts?

lol, surely TPB will do something about it, but simply warn the user using phpbb3 warning system. We will think in harder punishment if he does it again

Just shorten the time that a post can be deleted to like, 1 hour. Simple solution and still allows users time to delete a post if they decide it was not needed or whatnot.

i will try tgs recommendation, also a warning for bumping posts can be issued.

Cant find that option to prevent "post delete" only the "post edit" that i think that its more useful, edit a post means delete too so if i disable one, i will disable both.

I have found this MOD that it could give a small solution: http://www.phpbb.com/community/viewtopic.php?t=1214755

no common user should be allowed to delete his post....standard behaviour on all forums ive been at is that users cannot erase their posts..
