Hellou , is there any way how to make Valakas working without any quest and waiting ? How can i make him fighting if i spawn him somewhere ?

hm, you thought you get an answer in less than 30 minutes? ppl just read topics, they dont need to know the answer to all questions.. but nice you solved your problem all alone

1 - remove valakas disabled attack in AI. (search the modification in trac/timeline)
2 - create a custom script to spawn and manage the valakas respawn. (use a boss AI script like reference).
Don't you know how do that? give up you mighty can ruin you server.

spawn him in giran and your problem is solved
