Acquiring total P.Atk outside the game

Hey guys for a project which i'm making I was wondering...
How can i get the total p.atk of players outside the game ?
like i want to see people their p.atk in the database or in a text file, you know the point...
I had a lvl 84 guy with these settings:
I can't really make up with a calculation that makes sence well not that i'm sure of.
maybe there is another way i can get their p.atk (maybe easier without calculating their stats + skills what so ever).
I also need the same with p.def, m.atk, and m.def.
My main priority is to not take in too much of the computer
If this would take me by editting the server script files just tell me
and if your kind enough to tell me which file i should edit would be alot easier and more appreciated!

(without skills)Weapon Damage: 429
Basic Damage: 8 (without the weapon equiped)
STR: 41
Total P.Atk: 920
