The server hangs

After upgrade of a server from version 3292 (DP 6395) to version 3295 (DP 6399) the server began to hang. I put 2 logs "debug full" commands through telnet. In the first case Debug-0.rar did not start further a window of a choice of a server. In the second Debug-error.rar did not start further a choice of the character. Has executed temporarily recoil of a server to version 3292 (DP 6395)
