Try putting on some black goggles and then you will not see the names

about the Last Post thing...
you could add the - "last post" by - link, like in ipb
check attachment
without this, we have to manually scroll to the last post, which is annoying in long topics

i am using the black theme, and i can just click on a tiny little icon that opens the first unread post in that topic.

with white template

oh, yeah, i didnt notice it on the right side. same for black then. in both black and white theme you have a small icon, on the left side on an unread topic next to the title of the topic which shows you first unread post, and on the right side next to the last poster name which opens the last post in that topic.

so what is the issue.

didn't notice SOMETHING SO SMALL OBVIOUSLY (probably just like many other users)
besides, the way it's done in IPB is more user-friendly, you don't need to guess "what's that?"
nothing anymore...

IPB is nice, sadly they arent cheap.

the server i administer has IPB forum, and it's great, except it sometimes has IPB driver error (sum haxxorz :@), then You just need to repair the table in question and it's cool.

But anyway, that feature isn't a patent, easy to copy - just put words instead of that icon.

IPB.. 150$ ? hm...i bought it some time ago but it was cheaper. 2000 RUB = ~80 $

TPB - what you think? if using IPB just in it costs - i can help with it. my share may contents ~50-80 $. anyone else?

I can share some money too for an IPB if TPB considers implementing it instead of phpBB.
