all mobs (Npc) lvl 0 after addapt tvt engine

hello everyone...
im new here...
i have only one question.. and.. maybe you can helpme.. i know here are wonderfull peoples
i have l2jserver interlude... i just put a new code in tvt engine...
when i finish.. start the server and all mobs are lvl 0.. and give 0sp 0xp...[
someone knows where can come the error? where is the .java file... for this to happen?
some idea?

LOL, first changeset is an actual sample WHY we does not add all kewl customs :)

After quick glance over code i does not found anything what should perform in such way.
