Players with 3g connections have problems with connecting. After very long loading there is only screen loaded with empty chat, and message about disconnecting. When they log in using tunnels,(ig walkers) they can normaly play. Any suggestion?

This has nothing to do with the server. Maybe their internet connection got worse.

So why they have no problem when they are connecting with walker? ig walker using tunnel.
