Would these two be the SVN Repo locations for the last T2.3 Release?

If not, is there any way possible to get the latest Gracia Final release in the svn repo?

Or a way to get an Ant Built server imported back to eclipse?

I don't have a problem with the branch release, I just needed the latest gracia final svn version.
