i create macros, but wear one item - dynasty helmet and two other wear don't wear.

nop... its the item floodprotector blocking the use of items, macro works correct

so he just need to insert a delay between each shortcut use

yeah but it isnt supposed to be this way, it's supposed to be very fast items usage, so you can change armor sets in 1 second, not in 5.

if you disable floodprotector its working as it should... but its not safe at all to do this
