Help me mana potions

Hello, i really need some fast help. Today i just opened my server live , and i realised mana pots/drug/hp pots and scroll of escape not working, i tried everything but still not working can some1 post his files located in skills the 2000-2099.xml and 10000-10099.xml help me pls, also i changed reuse on elixirs of mental strenth but same reuse they keep
