Help Telnet commands

I was wondering if anyone thought of having MailSystem incorporated in Telnet... from what i understood give command only works if player is online but i always have problem catching my player online to give even rewards and so on, me and a friend try to make it work but failed so i am asking for help in here. A give command by telnet but to send to Mail would be great and greatly appreciated if anyone can help us.
