Can't start Private Store - Buy

Hey!
Why I can't open private store buy? When I click start the window just disappear.
How to fix it?

make sure you write your server revisions.

Well, if I edit itemnam-e.dat (patched the system) then Im not able to open privatestore buy. How to fix that? If I edit dat files I won't able to do private store?:/
