Bug report area isnt for this, should have posted somewhere like epilogue server support, there are alot of topics like this, use search, but maybe you messed up while opening ports, you may have multiple firewalls blocking them

no you dont, if GS is registered you don't need that

InternalHostname = cmd>ipconfig>IP adress field
ExternalHostname = http://whatismyip.com/

if login and gs are both on 1 pc, loginHost = 127.0.0.1
GameserverHostname=*
LoginserverHostname=*

when im testing on my own pc (without router), i set everything to my IP, except internal and loginhost

how do you mean "I have open all my port like in this tutorial http://www.l2jserver.com/wiki/Setup_Server
"?
They didn't say how to open your ports, so I think you just changed it in the L2J files... is that true?
Coz if so:
Start internet
Go to your external IP and a small pop-up window will show up.
as ID put in: admin | as PW put in: 1234 (unless you have changed this)
now, your browser will show you a simple UI.
Go to General Setup -> NAT -> Port Forwarding
There, you have to put in your INTERNAL IP + the port you wish to open.
So in this case 3306, 2106, 7777, 9014.
If you've done it right, your ports are opened now.
If you did do this already, than I have no idea what you've done wrong...

I have found the solution I have switch my router in bridge mode and I have edit my computer IP from 192.168.1.20 ==> now it's 192.168.1.2.

Now it's work great.
Thanks for help all :D
