Entering into game constantly there is a message on shortage of money for payment for ClanHall, thus money on KB lies and should be taken away in size 1кк in a week.
How to clean this message ?

I think that is normal. You will receive that message until the payment day is due. Once it's done it will stop showing up. However, an interesting thing is, if a clanhall is owned by someone that doesnt pay the fees, the server wont always reset the clanhall in the auction list
