Mediawiki or DokuWiki for Wiki
Bugzilla is also a nice bugtracker

one of the features of trac is the embed bugtracker
its really powerfull but we never use it at its maximum potential
it was discussed (at closed door) to use a new bugtracker but at the end the one that comes with track was good enought to stay.

1) open eclipse
2) Download the main folder of your svn
3) Create the folder tree architecture you want inside it
4) In SVN Repositories, select the project you wanna upload to your svn, click export and select the folder you want from those you created in the step 3
5) Once downloaded, right click > Team > commit...
Depending on the project size, it will take more or less time

I prefer CodeBeamer above all. Best of what have tested. It's a commercial product but pretty easy to get free opensource license. It has everything team would ever want xD
