l2j for dummies

This is the off topic board, seems like the right place to post this.
Some of us "Older" people are very new to Java, HTML, and scripting in general. Would it be possible to make a forum for us "dummies"?
This forum could be the ONLY place we "challanged" people could post and that way we dont bother the serious coders, and only the very patient people could choose to lend us a helping hand.
I would really like to see this new board on both L2J forums. I know we are an inconvienance sometimes (ok most time) and this forum would keep our seemingly simple questions out of the other boards.
