Char_templates Problem

Hello again.My problem is that I had to decrease the shillien Templar's Strength by 2.So i changed my char_templates table from from 41 to 39.My problem is that there are already some players made their chars before i change this and their stats are the old stats.So my question is how can i change the old players stat to the new?
