I would like to know if during territory war the player with the enemy flag can use priest of dawn teleport.
If he cannot use it so there is a bug...

Need retail check. But i think teleport from dawn\dusk priest must be forbidden during TW.

during a regular siege its not forbidden so what is the problem?
