Login ang Game server loose connection

Hello,
I have a problem, my login server and gameserver are in different networks and in day ~2 times it loose connections, login just disconect it with this error
"Incomplete Packet is sent to the server, closing connection.(LS)"
and gameserver nothing output
Players can't login, while i restart my gameserver, why i get it?
