Siege Restriction

Hi all!
I've researched in the forum but i didn't find anything.
I want to prevent that a clan takes more than one siege with others clans make it by them, i mean, they have a clan (Main) and creates another clan with i don't know, 9 players, level the clan to 5. So they register themselves in a siege and when the siege starts all what they have to do is go with the main clan, destroy everything and give escort the clan leader while he crown into the artifact.
I want to prevent this, so .. there is a way that a clan that ISN'T registered in the Siege CAN'T hit the doors and guards?
