Server loading time

Hi there,
i have a question. The time needed to load the gameserver, from what depends? From the configs? Less configs, less loading time?

db size, cpu and hdd speed..

What about the core? I have 2 packs. L2J and another one which has many many configs and custom mods, and the other pack needs 2.5 min more to load than L2J Pack.

and why you need that know? you better ask pack provider what is going on
