Infinity Weapons

Hi guys, i've no idea if this is the forum i've to use to ask such question but if it's not, i'll be thankful if and admin can move it to the correct place.
I have 2 questions, first i want to make able all the characters to wear infinity weapons, no matter if they are heros or not. And my second question is that i want to be able to enchant with normal scrolls the infinity weapons because now is giving me the error "does not fit strenghtening conditions of the scroll". Thanks
