Global Drop?

Can someone tell me how can i make a global drop? I want to make Event -Glitering Medal to drop every mob (10% chance)....

I saw this topic viewtopic.php?f=46&t=4515&p=18436&hilit ... rop#p18436 ,but its totaly outdated and dont work...

Can someone help me please?

search for "faenor" or "medal drop" or check your faenor folder in datapack.

I only have valentines.rar fenor...

Well this is good,but i dont know how to apply patch... Thats my problem... I have the Eclipse and i compiled the l2j... And i search the forum,but no results... Please some guide :) Thanks!

This topic should have been locked after 1st reply, it gave all necassary info.
Extracting that .zip file gives an .xml which should be self-explanatory, but if you can't understand even that little...!
