How to make the server runn at 100% CPU?

L2J Revision 4410:
When the server loads it uses only 50% as I have a dual core processor. How to make it to use all 100% power of the cores, so it loads faster?

Also CPU load increases as required by the Server process.
mmmm do you know how CPUs works right?

100 CPU - the first 60 seconds only when booting the server load is
usually 1-30%

the lower the cpu usage the better,
i m event thinking of removing some sripts to make cpu usage lower, like fortresses sieges , dark cloud mansion and others.
