Kookaburras should can recharge Elders, but don't give MP. How can I change that?

You can see that Kookaburra don't recharge in any L2J. I'm saying that Kookaburra should give MP to SEs and EEs

kooka recharge only when owner is in attack stance, and its retail like.

Kookaburra doesn't recharge elders
