Vpn or somthing like that

How is possible to make the router to have a ip and the pc to have a other ip and on internet to be seen with the ip from pc ? From what I know vpn is something like this but you will be seen with the router ip.

the router must have option for transparency.
When make tracert it will skip the router and show directly the machine.
give more info about that router.
