Usually ppl dont need that strong pc for an l2j server depends on how many player you wish for.
Each pc you talk about is more than enough for l2j even tho the performance of l2j well no offense but sucks harder and harder with each release...doesnt matter which one you pick it will be more than fine.

MB supports and dual core processors but i shop where i found that server has only with single core CPUs.
I wish to run server with 400-500 ppl on it with that computer.

more than enough for that much player and much more doesnt matter which one you go with and by the way multicore > single core.

Anything on the list will run what you need, but I would go with the 2nd option. More modern hardware results in better performance.

Yes i know that, but also know that 16GB Ram is more than 8GB Ram. Which is better to have 16 GB DDR ecc ram or
8 GB DDR 3 ram?
